Smoothie On the Go

 
 
What you will need
1/2 cup of strawberries
1/4 cup of mango
1/2 of a green apple
1 cup of almond milk
2 ice cubes

 
 
 
 
 
Day 108:
Breakfast: Smoothie On the Go
Snack: 2 eggs and green peppers
Lunch: grilled chicken salad with low fat yogurt dressing and a side of squash
Snack: almonds
Dinner: Skinny Pizza Casserole (check out tomorrow for step by step recipe)
