1/2 green apple
handful of spinach
1 cup of almond milk
3 ice cubes
Day 110:
Breakfast: Fabulous green smoothie
Snack: 2 eggs with skim mozzarella
Lunch: No Flab Pizza Casserole
Snack: alomonds
Dinner: skipped huge lunch
54 days no diet mountain dew- 4 days no soda
