She always has so many different workouts and recipes that I want to test out but one I have been wanting to try for a while are her overnight oats. They are perfect because you make them the night before then they are ready to go when you leave for work in the morning.
What you will need
Greek yogurt ( I used strawberry flavor)
handful of oats
All you have to do is mix your yogurt, oats and milk. It will be watery looking but once it sits overnight it will turn......
thick and creamy. This is such a filling breakfast and very low in calories.
