This is for all my Paleo eaters out there. So easy and so yummy!
What you will need
Spaghetti squash
Organic crushed tomatoes
broccoli
asparagus
ground turkey
garlic (minced)
oregano
parsley
Italian seasoning
Tuscan seasoning
2 eggs
Start by baking your spaghetti squash and cooking ground chicken. Then chop up your veggies.
After your ground chicken is cooked, cook your minced garlic.
After everything is cooked mix all ingredients together in baking dish.
Let cook for for about an hour on 375' or until middle is fully cooked and edges are browned.
Then ENJOY!!

Paleo day 9: CHEAT DAY!!!
Breakfast 2 eggs and a piece of sausage
Lunch: Wheat chicken quesadilla (cheat food)
Snack: 20 almonds
Dinner: terryiaki chicken and broccoli with white rice and ginger sauce (cheat food)
I wanted to have somewhat of a cheat day today so I don't go crazy on Thanksgiving. This way I will have my cravings under control on Thursday!
