What you need
1 large bag of broccoli
2 cans of fat free chicken broth
8 oz reduced fat Velveeta cheese
1 can rotel tomatoes and green chilies
crushed red pepper
Start by adding your chicken broth,
Then cut your 8 oz Velveeta cheese,
then mix together and put the lid on.
Cook on high for about 10 minutes, occasionally stirring, then turn to medium.
Add your crushed red better. And cook on medium for about 45 minutes.
Then serve and enjoy!
Makes around 5 servings. Great to take to work for lunch.
Breakfast 2 eggs
Snack: non fat yogurt
Lunch: broccoli soup
Dinner: grilled chicken and a little bit of coleslaw ( I couldn't resist it looked so yummy)
