Like I have always said I love getting mail when it's not bills. I mean really who likes getting bills. So I was super exited when I went to check yesterday and had a nice big package waiting for me. My first cousin is part of the Neolife team and it is all about a better way of life. You can tell with her, she just had a precious baby this year and she is already back to being her tiny self.

Now to maybe the best soup I have ever made, like seriously!
What you will need
A crock pot
rotisserie chicken (only white meat)
1 full carton of fat free chicken broth
verde salsa (the cooking kind)
2 cans of northern beans (drained)
avocado
oregano
parsley
Start by adding everything in your crock pot. (except avocado)
Cook on high for about 45 minutes or until hot.
Then cut up your avocado into small squares.
Then pour soup and avocado squares in bowl and be prepared to fall in love with it.
SO yummy!
(This is a very small bowl, it is only 1/2 cup)
After my belly was full and I took a hot bath and put on my comfy clothes and fuzzy socks. I sat down to read over some of my Neolife magazines with Big Bang Theory in the background. What a perfect evening.
Today's Workout
2.5 miles on treadmill

5 minutes of different types of planks
15 minutes on elliptical
