Breakfast: 2 eggs with lowfat cheese
Snack: 2 tablespoons peanut butter mixed with plain sunflower seeds
Lunch: You'llBeLookingGood Lasagna
Snack: I didn't pack much for lunch today so I got a small grilled chicken almond salad for a snack.
Dinner: The BF and I went to Sunking. I started out with miso soup then had a spoonful of bourbon chicken, broccoli and beef, grilled pork and veggies with hot sauce. (no rice or noodles)
